HIRING OUR FACILITIES

The recently inaugurated headquarters of the Alcoy Chamber of Commerce is envisaged not any as a place of activity of the corporation but also as a building housing services for the business community.

This is why the lecture rooms in its education section and its conference room are at the service of business associations should they request it. Activities which may take place in these rooms include events held by members of the business community, training sessions in relation to human resources, conventions, agents' meetings, conferences etc.

There is no rental fee as such but there is a charge made for the amortization of equipment, facilities and material that gets used up on an individual or private basis or by a company or organisation requesting the use of facilities.

Any organisations or companies belonging to the demarcation of the Chamber will have a 50% discount on the said charge as long as they duly appear on the Census of the Alcoy Chamber Of Commerce and as long as there are no payments pending in relation to membership fees otherwise known as Recurso Cameral Permanente.

If you wish to request the use of any facility which may be available, please fill in the form hereunder and send it to us via e mail. Specify the kind of room and services you require, dates and times and name a contact person who will be able to act in name of the applicant. Once availability of rooms and/or services is confirmed, payment will be carried out via bank transfer in order to confirm the booking.

Requests for bookings will be dealt with according to a "first come first served" basis and availability of facilities.
